3. Collision Detection and Track Validation
One of the most frustrating aspects of MX Bikes is its unforgiving collision model. The 3D Viewer excels as a forensic tool:
Invisible Walls / Bumps: When a rider crashes inexplicably, the 3D Viewer can be moved beneath the terrain mesh to check if the wheel polygon clipped through a surface edge.
Rider-Bike Collisions: The viewer can track how the rider’s helmet or leg interacts with the handlebars or rear fender during whips and scrubs, explaining sudden loss of control.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
