Back up your existing saves (%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Assassin's Creed III\SAVES or Remastered equivalent)
Download the save file (link in comments / DM me)
Rename the file to match your save slot (e.g., SAVE001.sav)
Launch the game and load Manual Save 1

3. How to Install the Save File (PC)

For the Original Version (2012):

Download the save file (usually a .save or file folder).
Navigate to your game save location. Typically:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[YOUR_USER_ID]\54
- Note: The folder "54" is the standard ID for AC3, but sometimes it varies.
Replace the existing file (Backup your old save first!).

For the Remastered Version (2019):

Navigate to:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[YOUR_USER_ID]\5231
- Note: The folder ID may vary depending on your Ubisoft Connect installation.
Paste the save file.
