Do not use a 1990s PDF. The syllabus has changed. Look for "Personnel Management (Text and Cases)" 5th or 6th Edition (updated for the 21st century). The latest editions include chapters on HR Analytics and Digital HR, which Mamoria’s original work did not cover.
