• Install Kernel Adiutor and set the CPU governor to “conservative” or “schedutil”.
• Disable “Mobile data always active” in Developer Options.

• Solution: You forgot to uncheck “Auto Reboot” in Odin. Re-flash TWRP and force reboot manually.

Step 4: Flash the Custom ROM

1. Connect your A9 2018 to PC. TWRP should show as a MTP device. Copy the Custom ROM ZIP and GApps ZIP to the phone’s internal storage or SD card.

3. Navigate to the ROM ZIP > select it > swipe to install.
