Quick guide — CyberTrack H3 webcam driver
Problem 4: Microphone Works, But Video Doesn't
The Cybertrack H3 has two separate UVC channels: one for video, one for audio.
- The video driver may be corrupted, but the audio driver is fine.
- Solution: Go to Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers. Uninstall the "Cybertrack H3 Microphone". Reboot and replug.
1) Determine your OS
- Confirm Windows version (Windows 7/8/10/11) or Linux. Assume Windows 10 if unknown.
1. Identify the actual manufacturer
- CyberTrack is sometimes a brand name used by generic USB webcam resellers (especially on Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress).
- Look at the sticker on the webcam itself or the original box for the real manufacturer (e.g., “KC Electronics,” “Jielis,” “Suyuan,” or no-name OEM).
3) Official driver sources
- CyberTrack H3 is an older/brand-model OEM webcam; official vendor site may be unavailable. Prefer drivers from:
- The webcam manufacturer’s support page (if known).
- The PC/laptop manufacturer’s support page (if webcam came integrated).
- Windows Update (Device Manager > right-click device > Update driver > Search automatically).
