Copy the downloaded setting.exe into the root folder.
Set Compatibility & Admin Rights (Crucial).

On a modern PC (Windows 10/11), settings.exe often fails to detect the correct GPU (shows integrated graphics only). This is a known bug with no official fix. Workaround: run the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
