Boot your Switch into CFW:
Launch Atmosphere (fusee.bin) via Hekate.
Install Base Game (if not already):

Solution: Your NSP DLC unlocker is not compatible with Update 133. Some Season Pass 3 unlockers were tied to specific firmware. Find a "v131072+ DLC Unlocker" NSP. Alternatively, install the individual character NSPs from the "Tinfoil Shop" (if you use that service).
