Complete all Map Packs (hundreds of user levels grouped) → unlock icons + coins.

Beating a level unlocks icons; collecting 3 coins per level unlocks extra icons.
Some groups repack the entire game executable (GeometryDash.exe) with cheats injected. When launched, the "Shop" is empty because everything is already purchased.
