Back up your game files. Navigate to your Granny installation folder (Steam: steamapps\common\Granny) and copy the Managed folder to your desktop.
Download the mod menu. Search for "Granny Mod Menu PC DLL" on trusted mod forums (WeAreMods, Nexus Mods for Granny, or UnknownCheats). You need a .dll file.
Disable your antivirus temporarily. Many mod menus are flagged as "hack tools" by Windows Defender. They are not viruses, but they modify process memory. Add the mod folder as an exception.
Launch Granny in Windowed Mode (recommended for mod menus).
Run the Injector as Administrator. Select the Granny.exe process.
Choose your mod DLL and click "Inject."
Press the activation key (usually Insert, F12, or Delete) inside the game. You should see the overlay.

If you see the menu, success! If the game crashes, you likely have a version mismatch (e.g., mod built for v1.8 but you have v2.0).
