  • Hook: Councilor falls into unending sleep; nightmares leak into public transit.
  • Investigation: Gather clues — witness dreams, check councilor’s past, find Anchor (a locket).
  • Realm Incursion: Enter councilor’s Personal Realm — rule: every spoken promise becomes physical. Use promises tactically.
  • Confrontation: Face incubus who offers to trade a painful memory for power. Resist lure using Anchor and Will checks.
  • Resolution: Destroy pact symbol; either free councilor (but release many echoes into the city) or bind incubus (cost: a PC’s memory).

3. Grinding Strategy

If you find yourself underleveled:

  • Look for "Spawn Points" or dungeons on the map. Enemies often respawn when you leave the room and re-enter.
  • Use "Auto-Battle" features if available for low-level trash mobs to speed up the grind.

Part 6: Realm 5 – The Crucible of Hunger

A survival realm. Your food meter decays twice as fast here. The game tries to sell you "Sustenance Packs" for real money. Ignore them.

The Free Food Method:

  1. Find the "Rat King" in the sewers below the banquet hall.
  2. Trade him the Crown of Thorns (from Realm 4) for the Endless Goblet.
  3. The Goblet fills with water every 10 steps. Water restores 1 hunger. It is slow, but it is infinite and free.

Combat Tip: Enemies here have a "Devour" attack. If you see their mouths glow red, pause the game for 3 seconds. This resets their attack timer. (This is a known exploit that has never been patched.)
