In Pokémon Resolute, a popular ROM hack of Pokémon Emerald, you can explore the Sylon, Tyron, and Johto regions. The game features a vast Pokédex that includes Pokémon from later generations and unique Mega Evolutions. New & Rare Pokémon Locations

Many rare and high-tier Pokémon are found in specific late-game areas or through missions: Larvitar / Pupitar: Found in the caves on Cermine Isle.

Beldum: Also located on Cermine Isle, exclusively in the caves.

Deino: Found in the grass above Chincilla City (requires the 8th badge). Dratini: Located in the Dragon Den in Johto.

Ralts: A rare encounter in Umber Path; using Mean Look is recommended as it may flee.

Gengar: In this version, Haunter evolves into Gengar at level 50.

Verified “New” Starters in the Wild

The biggest shake-up: all three Sinnoh starters (Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup) have been located in the wild for the first time in Resolute’s history, outside of the professor’s lab.

5. Tarmigan Town – The Lost Cemetery (Night Only)

Perhaps the most surprising discovery comes from a seemingly cosmetic area: the small graveyard north of Tarmigan Town. Previously empty, it now hosts ghost-type rarities between 10 PM and 4 AM. Encounter rates here are extremely volatile, but players have reported finding Misdreavus, Shuppet, and an incredibly rare (0.5%) Duskull holding a Reaper Cloth. This makes Dusknoir finally obtainable without trading.
