The Cons: Like many large-scale corporate intranets, it can suffer from "menu fatigue." There are numerous sub-menus, and finding specific administrative forms that aren't on the main dashboard can sometimes require a few too many clicks. The mobile responsiveness is decent, though the app experience often feels snappier than the mobile web version.
