1. Look for a button labeled "Enter Key" or "Register" (usually at the bottom right).
2. Click it. A pop-up box titled "Registration" will appear.

   • Key: Carefully type your license key. Watch for zeros vs. the letter O and ones vs. the letter I.

Part 9: How to Uninstall and Reinstall the Key

If you have corrupted your installation, here is the nuclear option for a clean ReMouse Standard key install.

1. Uninstall: Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall ReMouse Standard.
2. Delete Residuals: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\BHV\ReMouse and delete the folder. (This removes the broken key file).
3. Clean Registry: Open regedit (Run as Admin). Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BHV Software\ReMouse Standard. Delete the License key entry.
4. Reboot your PC.
5. Reinstall using the steps in Part 3.
6. Re-enter your original license key.

Step 2: Run the Installer

1. Right-click the .exe file and select Run as Administrator.
2. Click "Yes" on the UAC (User Account Control) prompt.
3. Select your language (English is default).
4. Click Next through the welcome screen.
