2. Right-click the file and select Properties.
3. Navigate to the Compatibility tab.
4. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows 7 or Windows 8. (Even on Windows 10/11, this can resolve permission issues).
5. At the bottom, check Run this program as an administrator.
