1. The "Complete" is usually a lie. Most Volume 22 torrents are missing the audio tracks for Listening 3 and Speaking Task 4. You’ll be staring at a script thinking, "Well, I can just imagine the accent." No. You can’t. The TOEFL is about audio fatigue, not imagination.
2. The answers are often wrong. I found a "solved" PDF of Volume 22 where the answer key said the main idea of a lecture was "The history of cave painting" when the lecture was actually about geothermal energy. Using wrong answer keys builds bad instincts.
3. The "exclusive" is usually outdated. Volume 22 is great for stamina training. But the TOEFL in 2025 has gotten shorter (the new "TOEFL Essentials" vibe) and the Reading section has fewer vocabulary questions. Practicing on an old Volume might actually waste your time on obsolete question types.
