Berikut adalah panduan penyusunan "write-up" atau laporan bagi subjek Tahfiz Quran Sunnah (TQS) Tahun 4 di Sekolah Rendah Integrasi Teras Islam (SRITI). Pengenalan Subjek TQS TQS merupakan subjek teras dalam kurikulum
di SRITI yang menekankan pada aspek hafazan ayat Al-Quran serta pemahaman hadis. Untuk Tahun 4, fokus utama adalah pemantapan bacaan, penghafazan surah-surah tertentu (seperti Surah Ali-Imran), dan pemahaman makna perkataan. Struktur Kandungan Laporan (Write-up)
Jika anda menyediakan laporan aktiviti atau pencapaian murid, susunan berikut boleh digunakan: Tajuk Laporan:
Contoh: "Laporan Pencapaian Hafazan TQS Tahun 4 - Sesi 2026". Objektif Pembelajaran: Membaca ayat Al-Quran dengan tajwid yang betul. Menghafaz ayat-ayat yang ditetapkan mengikut sukatan.
Menghayati maksud ayat dan menghafaz kosa kata (mufradat) terpilih. Hasil Pencapaian (KPI):
Senarai surah yang telah dihafal (Contoh: Surah Ali-Imran ayat 1-188). Tahap penguasaan makhraj dan kelancaran bacaan.
