Overview
This update delivers a comprehensive overhaul and expansion of the mp202301 DLC pack (originally associated with the San Andreas Mercenaries update). The modified dlc.rpf now includes exclusive, unreleased, or back-ported assets not present in the vanilla Rockstar distribution. 2. Exclusive Liveries
Added 12 new liveries across existing mp202301 vehicles, stored in:
dlc_mp202301:/vehiclemods/liveries/

Step 2: Install the mp202301 Folder
Download your exclusive .rar or .zip file.
Extract the contents. You should see a folder named exactly: mp202301.
Drag this folder into: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\.
Verify: The path should look like ...\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp202301\dlc.rpf.
Step 4: Updating the dlclist.xml
The game will not load the new DLC unless it is registered in the configuration file.
Navigate to:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Right-click dlclist.xml and select Edit (or Extract, edit with Notepad, and replace).
Scroll to the bottom of the file. You will see lines looking like this:
<Item>dlcpacks:/mp202301/</Item>
</Paths>
Ensure the line <Item>dlcpacks:/mp202301/</Item> exists. If you created a new folder in Step 2, you must add this line manually above the </Paths> tag.
Save the file and close the text editor. OpenIV will automatically repack the archive.
