What's included:
- VCDS Main Software v25.3.0
- Kolimer Loader v9.2 (Multi-language supported)
Installation Instructions (Read carefully to avoid errors): VCDS Main Software v25
- Download and install the official VCDS 25.3.0 installer.
- Once installed, DO NOT open VCDS yet.
- Connect your HEX-V2/HEX-NET cable to the PC (it will install the standard Ross-Tech drivers).
- Extract the Kolimer Loader 9.2 archive.
- IMPORTANT: Temporarily disable Windows Defender or your Antivirus.
- Right-click on the Loader and select "Run as Administrator".
- Click "Install" or "Apply" in the loader. You should get a success message.
- Re-enable your antivirus, open VCDS, and test it!
Tested on Windows 10/11 x64. If you get a "UNREGISTERED" error, you did not install the original Ross-Tech drivers before applying the loader.

5. Safety, legal, and ethical considerations
- Perform tests only on vehicles you own or have explicit permission to test.
- Avoid irreversible ECU changes; create ECU backups where possible.
- Do not publicly distribute cracked software or instructions to bypass licensing.
- Use isolated lab network (no internet) when analyzing unknown loader binaries, unless network behavior is a test target.
